No response on system that clearly *******

I had a Altech Netstar telematics device installed about 4 months ago. When I had it installed nobody told me I was in a 3 year contract!<br> <br> The device doesn't work the way it should and I know it's ******* and the data is tampered with somewhere!<br> <br> On June 25 I sent an email to [Email Removed] the email address on your website regarding these issues and got no response.<br> <br> I refuse to pay for this product any longer.<br> <br> You guys have pathetic service.<br>
