NO RESPONSE FROM NETSTAR FOR CAR ALARM

I receive multiple sms that my car tracker alarm goes off. No one contact me to here if I am ok, only reply option 1 or 0. What if I were hijacked? Or my car was ******. No response from NETSTAR. They are a hoax.
