No response

I have the Early bird warning system installed in my vehicle, On Tuesday 16th February my alarm kept going off for about 30 mins so i pressed the panic button about 12 times so that some one would call me so that they could reset the device on their systems. Up and until today i have not received a call from Altech, my car could have been ****** or i could have been hijacked. I am paying for a service and it is not like you are doing me a favor by returning my call when i press my panic button in the event of my vehicle being stole or hijacked. It is sad to know that your moto states 'Leaders in vehicle tracking & recovery' but cannot follow up a call 2 days later.<br> <br> This has happened a couple of times in the past and i have not complained, but the services being provided is pathetic. Please can the unit fitted in my vehicle be checked as well.<br> <br> Regards<br>
