No response
We had trackers fitted in our fleet vehicles through Altech Netstar, and we are also making use of Safe and Sound. After searching everywhere for contact details, I could only find their general enquiries email addresses. I have tried to contact both companies various times for assistance. I have received "read receipts" but no response or assistance whatsoever!! Is this really the after service we get as a customer????
