no responce from emergency number

<p>Wife called me in a panic as two people was following her. I immediately phoned Netstar emergency number ********** 222 and no one answer. When she came home I tried to call again but number just rings, and rings. We even pressed The Panic button and still No response! I want immediate response when call the emergency number and press my panic button ... It's a emergency and we need assitance. </p>
