No pay up letter and still listed on credit bureaux

<p>2012_took a car insurance with First fo r women.2014 I decided to cancel my insurance due to personal reasons.altec netstar started calling me saying I owe them R330.didn't understand why as I never signed any contract with them.I eventually gave in and pay then.paid in January. Been requesting for my paid up letter with no luck and still listed on credit bureaux.my identity number: ********** 903085</p>
