No one calling

I had a vehicle ****** a few years ago. Netstar called to apologise that they could not track my car and that is was lost. Last week I noticed that they are still deducting R214.00 from me every month. They are the ones who told me that they could not track my car so why the deduction. I was told that a lady by the name of Lionie from finance department would call me before 3.30pm on Friday. I am still waiting for the call
