Good day, I am having trouble with my Netstar app, and all I want to do is to speak to someone at Netstar to help, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but it still does not work. What is the use of having the app if it does not work. I have been on the telephone for 2.17 hours and have to listen to the whole voicemail picking numbers and when you pick no 3, no one picks up to help me sort out this problem. Do I have to say its an emergency to be able to speak to some one.
