No more business from me ever

Poor service and poor staff. Purchased a new car in July and traded in my old one. Cancelled the tracking unit of my old vehicle in August but still got billed in September. Now cancellation fee needs to be paid however they do not want to set the amount of against what was paid in September. Cancellation process was never followed through in August and now I have to pay for their incompetence. They do not have efficient controls I feel

Regret taking using them and will definitively not renew my contract after 3 years. My wife and family members wont renew or take out new contracts with them again and that's a promise
