No Log Book

I changed my tracking device to Netstar as they offered an online log book. When i attempted to download the log book for my SARS 2015/2016 tax submission, I noticed that the information is incorrect. The log states that I done 6761kms for the 12 month period. I have a company fleet card and receive monthly statements from the bank with the odometer readings for the month. According to those monthly statements I covered 31508kms for the 22 month period. I logged a call with Netstar on 06 June 2016. I have contacted them twice for an update, and the response is we have escalated to IT. The one piece of information from them was that the opening mileage on my profile is 101km. So the reading is incorrect because I did not set my mileage on the web profile. Would this affect the device reading? When I went into monthly reports, it does not show the distance covered between defined points. This is pathetic service.

Reviewer Update

I would like to thank Netstar and their team for resolving my problem. Good feedback from Denise and George throughout the process. A technician was dispatched to have a look at the device. David came and found that a fuse had blown on the device. He replaced the fuse and i can report that the device is reporting back correctly. The down side is that I had to log a query on Hello Peter for it to be resolved. Thank you team,
