No invoices or statements
Called and sent an email to the customer service department. Still no reply to date.<br> Called the customer services department, I was told that for my account number there is a specific person that is responsible for my account, his name is Sofiso at ***.<br> Sofiso is never available!!!<br> My enquiry: Why do I NEVER RECEIVE A STATEMENT OR INVOICE???
