No help received

My car was broken into on the 2nd of July and they stole the battery, I called my insurance and after the battery was replaced the car still didn't want to start , I then called in a mechanic to check the car and he didn't see anything wrong and suggested I called my tracker,it then came to my mind that my car when of and I didn't even receive a notification from the tracking company and no was starting to wonder if the tracking device was function ,because if it was am sure they would have picked it up . So I called the emergency service 4 times only to be put on hold without any help .am really disappointed at this service as a paying client monthly I don't give you problems when you debiting my Account I don't understand why you not helping me in this time of need
