No follow up/closure on my previous complaint

It is really just disgusting and appalling that a matter that was lodged on 25 June 2015 is to date still open. The last communique with Altech Netstar representatives was 07 July 2015 and today is 17 August 2015, amazing :) :)<br> <br> Altech Netstar sure does know how to hire them, if they aren't being complacent then it's difficulty comprehending a simple email. English isn't even my mother tongue but I am pretty sure my correspondence wasn't riddled with incomprehensible grammatical errors.
