No fitment after scheduled times and date

Scheduled 2 installmets and no one arrived to install. After calling 4 times to follow up no one returned my calls. The first excuse where, he is on site. Second excuse where, he tried to call me but I didn't answer. The third excuse where, he is on lunch now and can only attend to me after 15:00. My 2 appointsments where scheduled for 12:46 and 13:00. Waited from 12:30. Waisted 4 hours of my personal work.
