No feedback on my initial complaint and account i did not agree on STILL not cancelled

third Complaint regarding a call i logged a month and half ago. I have had no feedback on this account being cancelled and im STill being sent invoice i never agreed on and now the consultants have the nerve to call my workplace. you have not responded to what you as company did to me why are you calling my workplace. Please see the initial complaint For Netstar to cancel the tracker as they were shady and had my banking details with out my permission, debited on my account without authorization, that is ******* and they activated the tracker with out talking to me. i have been complaining and spoke to a lady by name of 'Kanya Mtongwane' which shes never gotten back to me, so clearly you want to debit my account again without my permission again since you dont want to cancel this. i got a call from call center now telling me they will continue harrasing and calling me because of my outstanding balance- This is the call i previously logged ( still not assisted) please read below: I would like to complain and report Netstar, and just make people are aware that something is not right with this company. I purchased a vehicle and Decided to go ahead and let the dealer install netstar on my car which i paid 1500+. No one from Netstar contacted me to ask WHICH PLAN I AM GING WITH OR MY BANKING DETAIL. BEGINING ON FEBRUARY 2023 NETSTAR DECIDED TO ACTIVATE THE TRACKER ON MY CAR WITHOUT COMMUNICATING WITH ME. I CALLED THEM SPOKE TO THEIR MULTIPLE AGENTS WHO ARE VERY UNPROFESIONAL, I ADVISED THEM AND ENQUIRED WHY WAS IT ACTIVATED, I DID NOT APPROVE THAT NOR CHOSE OR PLAN AND GAVE YOU MY DETAILS. MONTHEND OF FEB THEY DEDUCTED R448 FROM MY ACCOUT!!! HOW DID YOU GET MY BANKING DETAILS, WHAT YOU DID IS *******? WHERE DID YOU GET MY DETAILS, I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS AND TAJE IT FURTHER AS IT A ****EN CRIME. NO ONE CALLED ME REGARDING THE CALL I LOGGED, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND NO ONE CALLED ME. WHO CHOSE THE PLAN FOR ME? CAUSE I DID NOT!!!!!!!! WHO APPROVED ACTIVATING AND CHOSE THAT PLAN FOR ME? THIS COMPANY IS SHADY AND I WANT THOSE ANSWERS BECAUSE WHAT YOU DID IS ******* AND A CRIME!
