No feedback, disappointing customer service

If there was anything lower than 1 star, I would give that. Netstar's customer service is shocking. Between them and their fitment centers I dont know who is worse. First they get the installer to install the wrong device. The installer also left the device dangling in the open. I have been phoning for 4 days and nothing, No one is getting back to me. No one is even trying to sort it out. Not even their customer service email address have responded. Its really disappointing
