No feedback concerning 24 hour tracking unit report

<p>Good day. I'd just like to bring to your attention that, I'd requested for my tracking unit to be tested as it is required by Altech Netstar and its up to the client that it is functioning correctly and is recommended to do it at least twice a year. I requested it to be done two days ago via telephone, I called in and I was told I'll receive feedback via email regarding the report of check up on the unit but up to now I haven't received anything. Please can someone inform me of the complete test. Would appreciate it. </p>
