No deduction

I am not happy with the service rendered by Netstar.

I changed banking details on app and on email to finance department next thing my account is in arrears which creditworx debited yet that amount was debited and not credited . I’ve been sending Email to legal no response . Can this be attended as the hijackings are on the rise !!!
