NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FEEDBACK EVER

I have called into the tracking company to track my vehicle several times and after the call I am always told that I will receive a call or an email from agent with the results for my test, last call was the 22nd of January-BUT I do not get any feedback at all and did not get the result from this call, Agent name i believe was ‘Thure’. Yes the agent promises this but it NEVER happens. I’ve been a client for over 3years and have stayed because I always thought that it will get better and it’s not. I’ve emailed for feedback and NO ONE had come back to me. Surely I am not the only one suffering like this.
