No Customer Service

Numerous mails to their customer service email address *** goes unanswered. As this is the only way to resolve issues, it is frustrating to not receive any replies. But what I should realise is the reason there is no response is because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once you have signed up, they have a gun against your head because cancelling the agreement would cost one a lot of money. So, you just have to lump it, take chill pills and keep pulling you hair out. This is going to be a loooong 36months. I should have known better
