No contract but they take your money!
It has been just over a month that I wrote a review about Netstar and I have been promised the world. I have received calls saying that I will have a answer by close of business that same day. This has now happened 3 or 4 times and to date I have still not received anything from them. I have given them fair warning and am now considering going legal with it. Maybe they will react to a lawyers letter, who knows. I suppose if they can take money from your account and you don't even have a contract with them I suppose nothing will worry them. It is time for companies like this to fall! I wish there was a rating for absolutely disgusting.
