No confidence on Netstar

Netstar 😡😡😡😡

This company is not reliable.

I have called for an emergency cause i couldn't get hold of my wife with my child. After waiting 2min on call going through explained my situation with Mr Ilijah of Netstar emergency center. He explains to he can help me cause my case got handed to legal department due not payment.

I have changed my debt order 4 months ago and sent numerous emails and calls to Mr Standlley from finance department.

Even with Mr Standlley arrogance saying that his got the email and my new details.

Mr Stanley didnt do his job cause they still debting my old account.

This just shows the incompetence of this company from Finance to Emergency call.

Thank God eventually Wife & Child got home safely.

I dont have confidence in this company and staff.
