No communication within the company

I am honestly getting tired of saying the same thing over and over again I cancelled my contract with Netstar from June with no response and again in December,I got confirmation that my contract was cancelled but I am still getting harassed by the collections dept asking me why I haven’t paid ,the is ludicrous and annoying ,Netstar sort out your issues and alert you collections dept to stop calling me
