No call back, fleet services
Netstar fleet just doesnt call a person back, i have tried calling numerous times, everythime customer service transfers me and the line gets cut. Please can your fleet services get in contact with me. If you can not resolve my query you are in breech of contract which gives me cause to cancel my services with you

16 Aug 2020, 09:14Problem still not resolved, looks to me as if Management at Netstar doesnt care for the small fry. To say i am disappointed would be an understatement. I have tried all avenues to get this resolved to no avail, but looking at all the complaints on Hello peter i can see why people are moving more to alternate tracking companies, even a medical aid company has got a better vehicle tracking service
