No assistance to remove Netstar tracker which makes my car not start

I had this device added in Aug 2020 with my Dotsure car insurance policy, have had endless issues. 2x Car batteries have been replaced. Plus vehicle being unable to start as it cuts out diesel and electronics. I have been stranded and towed. Could not cancel last year as there was still a year left of cover and I could not afford the cancellation fee. I requested on 20th April 2023 for removal not done as yet. I have had 6 weeks of a car not starting after its service and taken to numerous dealers to access problem no findings the Netstar is cutting off electronics and Diesel supply. I have 3 Case numbers CAS-***-T3S5 from 26th April 2023 - will be assisted nothing. Called 3 times today 2 new case numbers CAS-656070-C7S2 & CAS-***-C1B0 and still nothing. Have a car stuck at a repairer , it wont start and no one to remove it so what do I do , no car for long weekend and how am I to get to work on Tuesday?
