No assistance from Netstar

Good day,

I just called, and spoke to Leratho at call Centre. My question to her was, to just check if my son's netstar is still working, his car is in for service, and normally I get a notification on my phone. This time no notification. So seems like his device is not working!! My request was just to check if the device is working!!!! No help. Just a no!! Because I'm not the account holder.
