No after sales service!

I installed a tracker with Altech, No confirmation of installation however my account was debited. Maybe there is a competent person at this organization who would be able to provide confirmation of installation for my insurance and my account number so I can actually check & track my vehicle.

I have previously rep**** to your email and nothing. The number on the system is old and I don't want to waste my time talking to you or anyone else. Is it so difficult for me to receive an account number and proof of installation????????
