Nightmare of a company. 😡

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. They have made me regret getting a car. For the fact they were not my preferred tracking company they came with vehicle. From constantly debiting my account on the wrong date to the incorrect amount . I eventually requested for the account to be closed even that has been another hassle. Eventually I got someone who seemed to be helpful in getting the account closed requested that I pay the outstanding balance for one month as you need to give 30 days notice. He states once I paid I should email him the proof of payment and the account will be closed . Consultant name is Sbu Mbatha. Once I received an email stating that I have been handed over I sent through an email to all the departments which Sbu again called me and reassured me that the matter is resolved and my account has been cancelled and I will not be “blacklisted” his words.now I’m constantly being called and email that I need to pay for an outstanding payment that I did pay and sent the proof of payment for. Not only has this been frustrating but it’s affecting my credit score and no one seems to provide me with a solution. Might as well refund me the amount paid and I can then pay the company you handed me over too because this is ridiculous and upsetting especially when I was told that the matter will be resolved.
