New units never fitted

In March this year I phoned Netstar and was doing an update on 3 vehicles. Paperwork was emailed and a confirmation received. In April I emailed to state that the units haves still not been fitted. This was also confirmed. We are now in June and no correspondence is being rep**** to at all.
