NEVER USE NETSTAR

Sadly I did not check their reviews before I agreed for them to activate their tracker. I have had such an awful experience with Netstar, firstly Iv been trying to change my debit order date with no success, I paid monies owed to them due to the mix up in debit order date on the 10th March 2023 then I requested that they update my debit order details to the 25th, I was then told that they could not do that until after the 25th March and the agent I was speaking to dropped the phone on my ear!!!! What an inconvenience, I would never recommend this tracking service to anybody, by the way - my friend is having the exact same issue with them.
