Never Debit Account On Agreed Date
For the past 6 years I have had my tracker with Altech Netstar and they have never adhered to the debit order as agreed for the 1st. It varies from 28th, 31st, 07th, 15th.
Today I received an sms that my debit order was returned and it will re-run on the 15th. I have also tried chaning it to the 15th and was told its not possible as debit orders only run on the 15th.
Am considering changing to anoyher service provider ASAP!
