NEVER BUY A NETSTAR!!! Netstar does not want to cancel even on death of the contract holder

My husband became very ill during June, as i looked through his emails I noticed that we are still paying for the netstar device. We sold the car, in which the netstar device was fitted. in December 2020. The new owner was willing to take over the contract, this was reported in an email on the 15th of June. BUT NO RESPONSE.

Then I rang and they told me to write to a cancellations address, this was a week later. At the same time my husband died. I rang again just to be told than there is no telephone line for cancellations, you have to write.

I wrote again on the 12th of July to a person called forunate.sello who I spoke to on the phone, this time including the death certificate. Again no answer, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of any email to a vague cancellations email address.

WHY DONT YOU ALLOCATE A REFERENCE NO TO A CANCELLATION LIKE ALL DECENT COMPANIES, AT LEAST THERE WILL BE SOME TRACEABILITY FOR YOURSELVES AND THE CUSTOMERS.

So I rang again on the 20th of July, spoke to a person with emal address: ***. And again I sent the death certificate. Again I got no response.

SO WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM NETSTAR, CAN YOU NOT SORT YOURSELF OUT?

In the meantime my late husband receive plenty of marketing letters and a letter with increase in price. Why do we customers have to sign up for a 3 year period but you can put the price of the service up as you wish?

DONT EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY, EVEN DEATH WILL NOT LET US PART!!! JUST CANCEL THE DAMN CONTRACT and give us our money back for all of July and August.
