Netstart lying about installation of device in vehicle

I have recently purchased a demo vehicle from a dealer. My insurer immediately requested that I install a tracker device within 7 days. I called my current service provider (Tracker)the day thereafter to install a device. Tracker said they could only install the device the next day. I called the dealer to ask if they could help to get the installation done on the same day. They advice me that the vehicle already has a Netstart device and that they could transfer the device to my name. Because the vehicle already has a Netstar I immediately cancelled the request to install a Tracker.

Three days later tracker calls me to transfer the device into my name (this is already day 5 of 7 required by my insurer - 29 October 2018). I immediately received a confirmation that the device fitment has been done on the same day by MOTORADIO CENTRE CC.

Yesterday the 6th of October 2018 (7 days after I have had to have a device installed) the fitment center called me to have a device installed. I was totally shocked. I immediately insisted that they install a device that evening since Netstart has been lying to me this whole time. I phoned my insurer and they confirmed that they would not have paid a claim if the vehicle was ****** or hijacked. The foment center said they don't do installation in Pretoria and they would phone me back in a few minutes. That did not happen. I then phoned Netstar to explain the situation and insist on an immediate installation the same day. Netstart again insisted that they will phone me back immediately (which again did not happen).

This is totally unacceptable, be aware of the fact that Netstart is lying to their customers. I have a certificate of installation of a Netstar device by MOTORADIO CENTRE CC in July 2017. Netstar does not even know about this.
