Netstar's way of doing business

Netstar's way of doing business i paid on time in December i even paid morw than the installment via EFT but the payments aren't allocated correctly then i receive a statement indicating an arrear amount while i paid Decembers installment. I sent proof of payment please update your system and allocate the payment proof of payment was resent twice yesterday

i'll pay whatever is outstanding at the end of January as i only receive my salary then i'll pay the R 717 which is the last amount i will ever pay netstar as i will have the units removed from both my vehicles clearly its all about the money Since when am i paying in advance does someone need a bonus ?

And even though i paid Last year November's installment my device is now on Netstar recovery without tracking looks like i will have to pay less anyway because that is not what i'm paying for

Seeing Netstar disconnected my devices when i sent proof of payment please send me the srttlement amounts for the contracts ill have them removed
