Netstar's Happy brings happiness to Witbank client.

For 4 years l have struggled with Netstar to remove the dual profile on my vehicle which still indicated the previous owner as the current owner. Similarly the vehicle was still registered on the previous registration plates. With the current Netstar issues of my vehicle showing up in places where it is not, indicating the ignition is on when off l went to the Witbank offices fuming.
