Netstar - worst experience

Communication, skill, ethics and feedback is a major problem within the organization. Netstar seems to be quick to sign you on and up-sell you on services until you want to get out of your contract. I am being ignored and faced with lackluster consultants and not getting any feedback. At onset I requested multiple times in writing on the cost of contract exit before the 36 month expiry period, without feedback. I am now wanting to exit the contract but it seems to be impossible. I am not a legal expert but this has to be in contravention of the consumer protection act. I am yet to receive feedback on the contract exit and we are weeks down the line. Not sure even being in possession of my vehicle anymore as it was sold. We fight another day….
