Netstar, worst client service ever

Netstar has the worst service I have EVER seen. I have been trying for months now to cancel my subscription. I have made calls, sent numerous emails and every time I get the 'we are attending to your request' reply and every month the debit order goes off. What a horribly managed company. If someone from netstar reads this. PLEASE, I would like to cancel my service. And PLEASE don't tell me to phone or email you it doesn't work. No one replies or answers the phone. If you do not help me I will do my best to take this matter to an ombudsman.
