Netstar won't cancel a sold vehicle
11 September 2023 i have tried cancelling my Netstar as the vehicle was sold. To date they have not returned my email, i have sent it twice already, i decided to email my bank to reverse their amount as they are delibrately avoiding my emails.

I already told Nedbank to reverse the payment as well, i let it slide end of September, but clearly someone in cancellations don't care to respond or do their work
