Netstar won't assist me to cancel my tracker but are happy to assist me with anything else.

I have been trying to cancel tracking service with Netstar, made more than 10 calls today only to have my call cancelled/ended whenever I mention words 'cancel car tracking services'. It seems that they are mandated to end every call were client request assistance to cancel services. I called to request account statement and I was assisted with a hustle. All this happened in one today. It is understandable that businesses are struggling and desperate to keep clients, but that also it a violation to me as a client, to force me to keep services I no longer want. In March I tried to cancel and I was never assisted. then I decided to stop the debit in May, Today my account is suspended and I have been handed to lawyers.
