Netstar will not keep you safe nor recover your vehicle, they get back to you after two days after pressing the panic button

My car lost power at a very dangerous area in JHB, when I saw that my life and family is at risk while driving before the car stopped I pressed the panic button and Netstar did not do anything about it, they claimed to have called me and my next of keen which they say they did not get hold of me and my next of keen but as a result also did not bother to bring out a car to check for my safety nor attend to me at all, Netstar is the most useless tracking company ever which you not be saved by in an emergency when you are being ****** or highjacked. Their response is very poor and only make follow up with you two days after. I was then ****** at gun point with my family and out belongings were then taken were we were stuck and as a result we did not get any help. Do not bother having Netstar as your go to tracking company. They are useless, the only thing they know is to call but do not attend to you swiftly when you do not answer the phone
