NETSTAR: WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY EVEN AFTER PAYING CANCELLATION FEE?

I had an insurance with Miway. Apparently when I took car insurance with them, I was automatically contracted to Netstar of which I was NEVER told. The worst thing is that they made a 36months contract without even making me aware. I lost my car. I was called by Kedibone Mahlangu from Hybrid informing me that I have to pay Netstar. I related to her that my car was repossessed. She then asked me to pay cancellation fee. Of which I did, all this happened last year September2018. 3 months ago Netstar started debiting my account. EVERY MONTH I have to reverse the debit order which tarnishes my credit rating. WHY DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY WHEN I HAVE ALREADY BEEN ASKED TO PAY CANCELLATION FEE?
