NETSTAR WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR STAFF???

wow, I have been with Netstar forever, and have just called because one of our vehicles was not updating on the app. I spoke to Elena who might as well have been on another planet. First she said I have no vehicles showing, then the one I was querying had been cancelled. Then oh it was cancelled in 2017 and started to count, one , two, three..... eight years its been cancelled. When I told her I am paying for it, its active, she said Mam, you supposed to call US and tell us you still want it.... God help me. plse listen to that call.
