Netstar useless service

Dealing with Netstar is worse than dealing with Home Affairs. I sold my vehicle 18 months ago but the stop order is still going through my bank account. I tried using the app to cancel but no reaction They don't answer their phones The Whattsapp Bot is useless The worst company to deal with I want all of my debit orders refunded
