Netstar Useless

Be aware of NETSTAR, they are quick when it comes to signing the contract, but from there everything starts to SUCK. I asked for a panic button in my one car, not done, the same car display's RED on the system. I can't even get the mobile app to work. I was promised all these stats and things. Here is the interesting part, how the hell can you get support. The enquiries email dose not even responded to, the phone number is either not answered or dropped on you. I went to them on a reference, should have come here first. They are F..g useless.
