Netstar useless

Netstar what a **** company i have been with you almost three years my netstar early warning doesnt ever work from may 2022. i have called netstar several times laying complaints last year october and november the consultant advised someone will call me last year to resolve the matter i am still waiting it is 24th of january 2023 noone has called me yet i had to call now again for assistance .Is this how customers get treated no worries or care in the world but very fast they want to debit account for something that doesnt work . i urge this stupid useless account to be closed i dont want netstar anymore. To all the loyal customers out there with much respect to you and intergrity dont ever take anything with this useless company rather join tracker or cartrack than this piece of **** company i beg yourll dont join them worst product worst service ever .
