NETSTAR USELESS

Cancelled membership in November last year and paid the balance due on contract period. Now they start debiting my account again in March this year and to top it all off they then debit the cancellation fee in April which I paid in November last year. No reply to emails. Shocking to say the least. As far as I am concerned this is theft.
