NETSTAR URGENT CALL FOR CANCELLATION

I have been trying to cancel my Netstar membership since October without success. I have received no response so that I can finalise the cancellation. This is my last resort at bringing their attention to this issue. I would like to cancel Netstar with immediate effect. I was never happy with their service. Sometimes they were really full of drama.
