Netstar unreliable
Shocking experience, the top of the arrange tracking unit was installed in my car on the 24/03, it was working on the 24th with live tracking etc. and now nothing. Paying for a faulty unit. Phoned in numerous times to get this fixed and the only thing that happens they will look into the issue and revert back to me. The only thing I get is case numbers but no feedback. If my car gets ****** or I get hijacked, how will they recover my car, and the most important issue is that the last Netstar representative that phoned requested me to press the panic button on the 30th and only received an sms on the 31st.

Yet again, I'm still waiting for this unit to be fixed. I'm at work but the unit show my vehicle is at my home. This is really unprofessional as booking was made for today the 6th, no technician.. I had to phone Netstar again to find out what is going on, I cancelled my appointments for this to be done and did it for nothing.
Very disappointed in Netstar
Yet again, I'm still waiting for this unit to be fixed. I'm at work but the unit show my vehicle is at my home. This is really unprofessional as booking was made for today the 6th, no technician.. I had to phone Netstar again to find out what is going on, I cancelled my appointments for this to be done and did it for nothing.
