Netstar unit does not serve the purpose

I am disappointed at Netstar's service. I desperately need them to track my 82 year old father's car who has been their client since 2011. as an old man he drove out on Thursday the 26 Nov and has not returned. they could not track the car since Thursday and they say they have sent helicopter and driving teams. they don't give feedback, they just don't care. you have to explain yourself every time you call and i am told we are escalating the issue but no results. their service is poor and thy are reaping off clients since the purpose of having their device is null and void. we gave them the report from sanral where the car has passed but that does not help. having the unit is useless it does not serve the purpose!!!
