NETSTAR TRACKING UNITS DO NOT WORK

I have the top end of Netstar's tracking units which promise you various fancy capabilities in assuring the confidence that your car and loved ones are safe. For the past 2 weeks this unit has not been working. I called Netstar three times to report and till today even they cant track my car and they have not assisted in resolving the matter. We live in fear even though we are paying high premiums. BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THEIR PRODUCTS!!!
